Administrator for Service Operations

Become a pivotal part of CBRE/AFSI as an Administrator for Service Operations, responsible for managing service requests and coordinating vendor activities efficiently.

In this role, you'll act as the main link between customers, service providers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations. You'll oversee detailed processing of service requests, maintain service contracts, and facilitate accurate reporting for team performance. This position offers the opportunity to enhance service delivery by managing administrative tasks and supporting your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage service requests through telephone and email

• Inspect work orders for appropriate billing categorization

• Prepare and send purchase orders to vendors

• Supervise vendor performance for service contracts

• Create essential reports and assist with team training
