Join LNIB as a Business Support Administrator and impact local economic growth. This role calls for strong leadership and strategic insight to develop businesses in the community.

Reporting to the Director of Economic Development, you will be integral in establishing partnerships with LNIB members and local businesses.

Your role as a BSA will involve utilizing your expertise to assist in crafting business plans and forecasts for various entrepreneurial endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director with strategic economic initiatives

• Support local entrepreneurs in developing business plans

• Prepare financial forecasts for new ventures

• Foster relationships with community stakeholders

• Stay informed on economic trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in a relevant field

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance required

• Experience in business planning and financial analysis

• Understanding of local economic and cultural dynamics

• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation
