Pursuit is looking for an Operations Coordinator who can seamlessly support various functions, enhancing the entire operational team at Golden Skybridge. In this diverse role, you will manage staff housing, onboarding procedures, and event planning, while closely monitoring feedback from guests to cultivate an unforgettable experience. Your organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process and staff housing administration

• Plan engaging events and team-building activities

• Maintain inventory for uniforms and operational supplies

• Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements

• Manage payroll accuracy and timeliness across departments

Requirements:

• Experience in operations or HR coordination

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Proficient in tools such as Whats App and Mail Chimp

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Certification in conflict resolution is an advantage
