In this permanent role, you will support the Procurement & Contracts Manager while engaging in various procurement activities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in public sector governance and have strong management skills. Your contributions will directly impact the successful execution of client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute procurement coordination across multiple projects
• Assist with RFQs, RFPs, and tender preparation
• Support contract administration, including drafting and execution
• Maintain procurement documentation and management tools
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience
• Degree or supply chain designation preferred
• Understanding of competitive bidding environments
• Experience in managing procurement across projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
