• Oversee compliance monitoring and risk identification processes
• Conduct practice evaluations following critical incidents
• Develop and implement performance measures and data systems
• Manage program budgets and financial oversight
• Foster strong relationships within the community

• Post‑secondary qualification in Human Services or related fields
• Five years in social services or child and family programs
• Three years in a supervisory capacity
• Solid knowledge of Indigenous legislative frameworks
• Clean criminal record check
