Project Analyst – Portfolio Management

Position: Project Analyst 2 – BCLC Portfolio Management
BCLC is seeking a Project Portfolio Analyst 2 to enhance our strategic project reporting. Engage with diverse teams in a hybrid work arrangement to drive efficiency.

As part of the Enterprise Portfolio team, you will collaborate with business sponsors and project leaders to ensure accurate reporting on strategic initiatives. Use your analytical skills to deliver insightful data visualizations and support the corporate strategy of BCLC. Your technical knowledge in tools like Power BI will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create portfolio dashboards for executive review

• Assess project updates for accuracy and alignment

• Identify capacity constraints and risks within portfolios

• Run monthly demand and capacity estimation cycles

• Recommend improvements to project management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 3–5 years of project management or data analytics experience

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• Strong organizational and facilitation skills
