The Radio Duty Attendant position at CMH Revelstoke conducts radio dispatch for field operations, logistical support for the ski programs, and performs a variety of office duties. The position calls for an understanding of day-to-day operations, as well as the ability to perform administrative tasks, problem solve and deliver exceptional guest service. This is a seasonal job opportunity. This position is based on an 10-hour day, worked as a split shift.

• Maintain record keeping of all air traffic and snow safety.
• Delegate efficiently when rescue plan is activated.
• Provide radio dispatch for field operations.
• Act as the base radio operator during emergency responses.
• Train and be proficient with the CMH Emergency Response Plan.
• Track helicopter, guest, and staff locations in field.
• Record and track helicopter flight time and fuel usage.
• Work with all departments to ensure smooth operations and day to day functions.
• Assist with tracking and recording skier information and reports.
• Assist with wildlife tracking and documentation.
• Assist with the cleaning of the shuttle vans and gear drying room, among other cleaning tasks.
• Driving of company vehicles.

All employees will support the implementation of CMH health and safety and sustainability initiatives and participate in training and provide assistance as required during emergency response situations.

• Radio Dispatch experience, an asset.
• Intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel.
• First aid certificate, preferred.
• Background in luxury hospitality or remote ski lodges, preferred.
