In this role, you will lead all financial functions including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. You will also actively participate in the daily operations of the agency, ensuring accuracy in financial processes while mentoring your team. Your insight will guide decision-making at the executive and Board levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning and reporting operations
• Oversee payroll and accounting functions
• Ensure compliance with all funding and non-profit standards
• Supervise finance staff and implement internal controls
• Monitor and report on cash flow and investment strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 5 years in the accounting field
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Practical experience with budgeting and audits
