In this Associate position, you will support RBC's relationship-driven wealth management efforts by maintaining client accounts and providing exceptional service. Your skills in time management and communication will be crucial as you work with both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires an understanding of regulatory standards for documentation accuracy and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts and track key dates
• Efficiently respond to client questions and requests
• Work with departments to resolve client issues
• Onboard and support new clients alongside Advisors
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards
Requirements:
• Must possess Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Professional, warm communication style in English
• Experience in the investment industry is a plus
