Become a Financial Administrative Clerk at Northland Properties, managing critical daily transactions and supporting the Administration department at Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

Your role ensures financial accuracy and timely reporting.

This position focuses on processing daily cash, cheque, and credit card transactions while maintaining comprehensive financial records. Working collaboratively with internal departments, you will help safeguard financial accountability and support the operational efficiency of the resort through detailed financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and balance daily cash and credit transactions

• Prepare and handle daily bank deposits accurately

• Reconcile revenue reports and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain cash logs and supporting documentation diligently

• Process incoming supplier invoices for payment

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in Canada with necessary documentation

• Previous cash handling or administrative support experience preferred

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
