The position emphasizes strategic leadership in all financial functions, ensuring transparency and sustainability aligned with our mission. You'll oversee compliance with funding agreements and lead budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and risk management. Your ability to foster collaboration within the finance team will also support staff development and enhance internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Oversee payroll, accounts payable and receivable operations

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and accounting standards

• Manage grants and contribution agreements effectively

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on finances

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred

• 5+ years in accounting with supervisory experience

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Knowledge of non-profit accounting standards

• Team leadership and mentorship abilities
