Position: Field Cost Analyst for Project Controls
Location: 100 Mile House

Join a leading construction project as a Field Cost Analyst in British Columbia. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and contracts while ensuring accurate reporting for stakeholders.

As a Project Controls Coordinator IV, you'll analyze and maintain project contract forecasts at the WBS level. This role focuses on field-level controls for construction projects, requiring proficiency in Eco Sys and strong analytical skills. Engage with various project teams, ensure timely cost information, and produce key reports under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and control project budgets at the field level

• Collect cost estimates and monitor incurred project costs

• Produce timely reports and cost data for stakeholders

• Facilitate weekly progress meetings with contractors

• Perform earned value measurements as per PMO standards

Requirements:

• University degree with 10+ years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Eco Sys PCMS and MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with data reconciliation expertise

• Ability to prioritize workload effectively
