Position: Wealth Management Associate Role
Build client relationships as a Wealth Management Associate with RBC Dominion Securities in Kamloops. This position prioritizes proactive service and effective communication through strong teamwork.

The Kamloops branch of RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Associate to enhance its wealth management efforts. In this dynamic role, you'll maintain existing client accounts, address inquiries, and support the advisor team with onboarding and compliance tasks. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing client timelines and ensuring smooth communications across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance client accounts through effective service

• Address client inquiries with quick, clear responses

• Assist in the onboarding of new clients to the firm

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation

• Manage all incoming communications from clients

Requirements:

• Completion of Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• High-quality organizational and time-management skills

• Friendly and professional client-service skills

• Excellent communication abilities in English
