In this 12-month role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the member experience ponsibilities include processing account openings, managing loans, and conducting member transactions.

Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to promote additional services, contributing positively to the branch’s overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new accounts and process lending transactions

• Conduct detailed loan interviews for credit risk assessment

• Execute member transactions, including deposits and payments

• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and standards

• Support branch's administrative functions and balance transactions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in a financial service or sales role

• Understanding of credit products and investment services

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Relevant financial planning education is advantageous

• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
