Position: Credit Manager for Beem Credit Union
Join Beem Credit Union as the Credit Solutions Manager, impacting financial wellness across the Kamloops and Prince George regions. This hybrid role demands expertise in credit analysis and business lending.

As a vital member of the team, you will provide expert assistance to the Commercial Banking department.

Your role will focus on credit structuring, underwriting support, and mentoring newer staff. Analyzing diverse financial data, you’ll ensure compliance with Beem's credit policies and cultivate strong relationships within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and risk assessments

• Develop compliant loan applications and detailed memos

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers for timely loan funding

• Monitor financial portfolio quality and risk mitigation efforts

• Coach and mentor Credit Solutions Associates

Requirements:

• Degree in financial accounting or a related field

• 4-5 years of experience, 2-3 years in commercial lending

• Advanced credit analysis and structuring skills

• Strong analytical proficiency with financial tools

• Capacity to understand complex financial statements
