Position: Bookkeeper for Finance Team

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and reports. This temporary full-time position requires collaboration with the Finance Manager and CFO, handling month-end processes and assisting in audits. Precision is vital in your day-to-day tasks, along with administrative responsibilities in budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Payroll processes

• Ensure accuracy in financial summaries and reports

• Assist with month-end and annual audit preparations

• Produce financial statements and budgets

Requirements:

• 2 years post-secondary education in Bookkeeping or Accounting

• 2 years recent experience in AP, AR, and Payroll

• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles

• Strong skills in financial software and Microsoft Office

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
