Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will provide excellent customer service by executing a broad range of financial transactions and advising customers on banking solutions. Your role supports a positive customer experience and promotes TD’s commitment to being client‑focused and inclusive.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining discretion with confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using established procedures, escalating non‑standard issues as needed.
  • Achieve assigned business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
  • Build personal connections with customers to communicate banking solutions and processes clearly.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable workplace by promoting team effectiveness and engaging in personal performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping all team members informed about routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve excellence.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet applications.
  • Proactive initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect calmly and courteously with diverse stakeholders.
