• Support, coach, and ensure the guest experience team provides upbeat and professional service that exceeds guests’ expectations.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Coordinate departmental management, ensuring smooth operation, on‑spot problem solving, and timely reporting of technical issues.
• Serve as the escalation point for customer service issues, handling concerns quickly and professionally.
• Create a positive, encouraging team environment and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.
• Act as supervisor on duty – take charge of all guest services, cash handling, and security for Golden Skybridge.
• Ensure all Front Office operations meet cleanliness, appearance, customer service, safety, and environmental standards.
• Assist in meeting department financial goals by keeping labor costs within plan.
• Execute all work safely, professionally, and in compliance with Health & Safety and the Always Honest Policy.

• Proven leadership and a passion for coaching and developing employees.
• Strong customer focus with friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Effective problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• High positive energy and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to thrive and lead in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication and listening skills with local and international guests and staff.
• Second language skills highly advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of the products and services available in Golden and its surroundings.
• Accuracy and efficiency in handling large amounts of cash (CAD and US) and debit/credit transactions under fast‑paced conditions.
• Passion for employee and guest safety.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• First‑Aid training an asset.
• Physical demands: constant use of hands, repetitive actions, speaking, sitting/standing for long periods, frequent bending/twisting, outdoor work, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Starting wage: $21.50
