This role requires an energetic individual with a passion for guest-focused service. You'll play a vital part as the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Key responsibilities include accurately handling reservations, resolving issues, and educating members on Gravity Haus offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests with enthusiasm and warmth

• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently

• Communicate with guests via multiple channels

• Create unique “Member for a Day” experiences

• Support operational tasks with organizational excellence
Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
