Role Description  We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team in Kamloops, BC. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall maintenance of guest rooms and public areas in the hotel. Key responsibilities include making beds, cleaning surfaces, replenishing amenities, and addressing guest requests promptly. You will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding and comfortable stay for our guests while adhering to Hampton Inn's high standards of hospitality and safety.
Qualifications   Proficiency in housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms and maintaining public spaces

Experience with laundry operations, such as washing, folding, and restocking linens
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
Demonstrated customer service skills, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively
Ability to work in a physical role that may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleanliness and order
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team in a face-paced environment
