Oversee front-of-house operations as the Restaurant & Bar Supervisor at CMH's The Lodge at Arrow Lakes. This full-time role offers an opportunity to enhance guest satisfaction and team performance.
As a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor, your leadership will ensure top-notch service and operational efficiency in a seasonal hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise a team of 10-15 front of house staff
• Manage inventories and ordering processes efficiently
• Set staffing schedules that meet operational demands
• Maintain service standards in line with brand expectations
• Collaborate on menu development and promotional activities
Requirements:
• 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality sector
• Valid Food Safety certification and BC Serving It Right
• Strategic planning and strong work ethic
• Skills in relationship management with stakeholders
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
