Join our Kamloops team as a Hotel Manager, focusing on enhancing guest experiences at our location on Victoria Street. This full-time role requires an on-site presence and leadership skills.
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for developing operational policies, supervising staff, and managing supplier negotiations. You will also address customer concerns while preparing budgets that ensure profitability. This hands-on position plays a vital role in implementing successful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures
