We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to assist in supporting and facilitating theday-to-day leadership, management, and administration of one of British Columbia’s best-kept secrets.

The ideal candidate for this year-round,hands-on position will possess:

• Minimum offive years’ management experience with demonstrated leadership and coaching skillsin the resort and hospitality industry. Candidates with experience in Alpine area operations and/or BC Parks’ contract operations will be given preference
• A diploma,degree or equivalent experience in the areas of Tourism & Hospitality,Business, Marketing or related field is an asset
• Ability to cultivate strong and effective relationships with staff, local businesses and stakeholders
• Proven financial acumen in budget and capital management
• Engaging interpersonal and communication skills
• Business development and supportive mindset
• Oversee resort operations in the absence of the General Manager
• Valid and current documents to work in Canada
