Key functions include resolving guest concerns, coordinating with departments, and ensuring all spaces are guest-ready, promoting a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and luxury presentation in all spaces

• Quickly address guest requests and housekeeping issues

• Oversee staff supervision and daily operations management

• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens

• Conduct training and performance evaluations of team members
Requirements:
