Join Pursuit as a Seasonal Assistant Guest Experience Manager and lead operations at the Golden Skybridge Adventure Park. You'll foster an exceptional atmosphere while enhancing guest experiences.

In this full-time seasonal role, you will supervise all aspects of guest interactions at the park. By managing your team, you’ll ensure that every guest enjoys outstanding service and cleanliness throughout their visit. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining safety and satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve line management and overall guest experience

• Lead day-to-day operations in the Ticket Offices

• Direct hiring, training, and evaluating of Guest Experience staff

• Foster relationships with suppliers and tour companies

• Champion health and safety protocols across the department

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a management role

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience with payroll and scheduling systems

• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling issues

• High energy and readiness to handle challenges
