Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and enthusiasm
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately
• Communicate with guests to manage requests
• Create memorable “Member for a Day” experiences
• Collaborate with staff to ensure guest readiness
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and strong organizational prowess
• Ability to perform in a busy guest-facing role
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and outdoor activities
