Make a difference at Manning Park Resort as an Assistant General Manager, where you’ll engage in hands-on leadership and team development in a breathtaking natural setting. This year-round role lets you enjoy all four seasons.
We seek a proactive individual with at least five years of management experience in hospitality or resort operations. Your ability to cultivate relationships, coupled with financial management skills, will be critical as you support staff and oversee daily activities in the absence of the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate day-to-day operations of the resort
• Develop and mentor team members effectively
• Build relationships with staff and local businesses
• Direct resort management in General Manager’s absence
• Ensure budget and financial goals are met
Requirements:
• Management experience of five years required
• Preference for resort/hospitality background
• Strong leadership and engaging communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in tourism or business preferred
• Valid work documents for Canada
