This pivotal role at Revelstoke Mountain Resort oversees the Guest Experience team, ensuring high-quality guest service and strategic direction across accommodations and activities. You will mentor managers and specialists while driving revenue through various offerings including skiing, mountain biking, and golf. A strong focus on team performance and cross-department collaboration is essential for this management position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Guest Experience team members

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and succession planning

• Set and monitor key performance metrics for the team

• Align strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams

• Identify revenue growth opportunities through new products

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in Canada with SIN documentation

• 4+ years in reservations or hospitality, 2 years in management

• Advanced knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
