Become a Guest Services Supervisor at Pursuit’s Golden Skybridge Adventure Park. Elevate the guest experience while managing a dynamic team in a breathtaking location.
This full-time seasonal position focuses on overseeing daily operations and ensuring high service standards at the Golden Skybridge. Manage your team effectively to provide exceptional guest interactions and maintain a tidy environment. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless experiences for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Ticket Office operations and guest interactions
• Coach staff on customer service excellence
• Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
• Manage scheduling and staffing within the department
• Act as a health and safety leader for the team
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Ability to manage cash transaction accuracy
• Excellent communication with guests and staff
• Commitment to employee and guest safety
