Night Auditor​/Front Desk

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel front desk during the night shift, ensuring all guest accounts are balanced and accurate, and preparing breakfast for the guests.

• Conduct nightly audits and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with security functions by monitoring surveillance cameras
• Prepare breakfast for the guests

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
