We are searching for a personable Experience Manager with over one year of hospitality experience. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Your collaborative efforts will help deliver unforgettable stays while supporting both guests and lodge staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest communications timely and effectively
• Plan and draft personalized guest itineraries
• Serve as liaison between guests and lodge staff
• Handle administrative tasks with precision
• Maintain property and operational standards
Requirements:
• 1+ years of professional hospitality experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and email communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work flexible hours
