Revelstoke Mountain Resort invites friendly, outgoing individuals to volunteer as Mountain Hosts, enhancing both the guest's arrival and departure experience. This position involves providing key information about trails and activities while supporting guest safety and flow in high-traffic areas. You'll be an essential part of guests’ journeys, showcasing RMR values and mountain culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm welcomes and create positive first impressions
• Offer accurate information on activity schedules and facilities
• Help manage guest flow in busy resort areas
• Demonstrate RMR's commitment to safety and hospitality
• Elevate guest experiences at the conclusion of their visit
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of the mountain and resort offerings
• Enthusiastic and positive approach to guest interaction
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and flexible with volunteer commitments
• Additional language skills are beneficial
