Elevate guest experiences at Travelodge by Wyndham Sportsman Lodge in Golden, BC as a Front Desk Manager. In this full-time role, you will oversee operations, manage staff, and implement policies effectively.
You will be responsible for managing the hotel's front desk operations and ensuring high-quality customer service. This position requires a college diploma and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Your key tasks will include recruiting staff, conducting performance reviews, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement policies for operations
• Recruit, hire, and train staff members
• Conduct performance reviews for team members
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for required goods
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Requirements:
• Two to three years of experience in a similar role
• College/CEGEP education required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement business plans
• Commitment to customer service excellence
