This seasonal role runs from April to September, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Candidates should have four or more years of customer service experience and a friendly, professional demeanor. You'll split your time between guest-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes tasks, ensuring an enjoyable stay for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage a friendly check-in experience

• Handle reservations both online and over the phone

• Assist with camp store operations and product sales

• Share information on resort amenities and local attractions

• Clean and prepare cabins and common areas to Pinnacle standards

Requirements:

• 4+ years of customer service experience

• Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable with adaptability to shift tasks

• Passion for the outdoors and resort life
