Education and experience
  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Completion of related College/CEGEP program OR two to three years of equivalent experience in the related field is required.
Job duties / Tasks
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Perform front desk duties
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
