- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Conduct training sessions
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Establish work schedules
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Language:
English - Education:
College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1–2 years or equivalent experience - Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
