In this key managerial position, you will oversee the housekeeping operations at three properties, drive team performance, and ensure consistency in guest satisfaction. Collaborate closely with your team to implement efficient procedures and maintain the high standards expected from Basecamp Resorts. Your work will contribute to creating a home-like experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of cleaning and room preparation
• Provide training and performance evaluations for staff
• Monitor inventory and supplies for housekeeping needs
• Ensure compliance with health protocols and safety regulations
• Conduct deep cleans and guest area inspections
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of prior experience managing a housekeeping department
• Familiar with property management systems, preferably Webrez Pro
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional standard of cleanliness and efficiency
