Revelstoke Guest Service Agent Position

Location: Revelstoke

Basecamp Resorts is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent in Revelstoke, BC. Provide exceptional customer service, manage bookings, and assist guests to create memorable experiences in our hotels.

This role entails engaging with guests as they arrive and ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable. As a member of the Basecamp team, you’ll handle check-ins, answer queries, and assist with payments while keeping operations organized and efficient in our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and attend to their needs

• Complete thorough registration and payment processes

• Fluently communicate over the phone to assist guests

• Work with the housekeeping team on guest requests

• Keep work areas and common spaces presentable

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is an asset

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Knowledge of hotel PMS applications a plus

• Flexible availability for various shifts

• Must lift 40lbs and navigate stairs
