Join Aramark as an Assistant Hospitality Services Manager in Kamloops, BC, and lead efforts in enhancing resident care through effective food and housekeeping management.
This position is central to maintaining exceptional standards in a senior living community. You will hire and train staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinate meal services for residents.
Your role involves proactive solutions to resident and staff concerns while thriving in a busy operational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage food, housekeeping, and laundry operations
• Oversee all catering functions for residents and clients
• Perform monthly Food and Housekeeping Audits
• Address resident and family concerns effectively
• Attend ARAMARK meetings and functions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Food Safety Certification is required
• 2 years minimum experience in a unionized setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
