Key Responsibilities:

• Support guest interactions at Front Desk and Concierge

• Assist with arrivals, departures, and reservations processes

• Monitor PMS systems, billing, and cash handling

• Facilitate the training and coaching of team members

• Oversee daily reports and assist with scheduling

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury hotel front office roles

• Knowledge of concierge services and guest relations

• Strong leadership and communication skills
