Northland Properties is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor who will conduct nightly audits and manage ledger accounts. This role prefers candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality principles, and accounting practices. You will also be responsible for registering guests and maintaining security during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of reservations and room assignments

• Register and assign rooms to arriving guests

• Answer inquiries about hotel services and handle complaints

• Compile daily record sheets and guest receipts

• Present charges to departing guests and process payments

Requirements:

• Fluent in English;
French is preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in customer service and hotel management preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
