At Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge, you will oversee all laundry operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This managerial role involves leading the laundry team, coordinating with Housekeeping, and optimizing product delivery to enhance guest experiences. You’ll manage daily operations, maintain quality assurance, and ensure the organization of work environments to exceed our guests’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest linens and uniforms meet luxury standards

• Oversee washing, drying, and distribution processes

• Address guest concerns regarding laundry services

• Manage inventory and control waste effectively

• Lead and develop the laundry staff through training

Requirements:

• Previous hotel housekeeping management experience

• Strong knowledge of WHMIS and safety standards

• Proven leadership capabilities in a hospitality context

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
