Hotel Night Auditor with Northland Properties

Location: Revelstoke

Join Northland Properties as a Hotel Night Auditor, responsible for ensuring accurate nightly audits and maintaining excellent customer relations. This position focuses on the hotel front desk during night shifts.

As part of the Sandman Hotel Group, you will conduct nightly audits, balance accounts, and register guests efficiently. Preference will be given to individuals with strong hospitality knowledge and accounting experience.

Your role is crucial in maintaining security and resolving guest inquiries effectively during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep track of reservations and accommodations

• Handle guest check-ins and room assignments

• Address inquiries and respond to guest complaints

• Compile guest accounts and transaction records

• Process payments and maintain hotel security

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Fluent in English;
French language skills preferred

• Background in customer service and operations preferred

• Strong accounting knowledge and skills

• Proven conflict resolution and communication abilities
