Starting September 15, 2026, this role is integral in managing front desk and concierge responsibilities at a luxury resort known for its stunning mountain views. You will be pivotal in enriching the guest experience, leading operational teams, and maintaining high standards in service delivery. Align with Cabot’s ethos by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance guest interactions from check-in to check-out

• Supervise operational processes including reservations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas

• Coach and develop Front Desk and Concierge teams

• Generate and review occupancy and guest feedback reports

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel front office management

• Understanding of luxury guest service standards

• Proven leadership skills for team development

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays
