As a full-time seasonal Assistant Lodge Manager, you will directly assist the Lodge Manager and lead staff towards exceptional service. Engage with guests and oversee a variety of administrative tasks. This position provides an excellent opportunity to blend leadership with a passion for high-end hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Lodge Manager in daily operations and guest services

• Supervise and coach staff while cultivating a positive culture

• Manage staff scheduling and time entry tasks

• Act as a host and primary contact for guests

• Monitor lodge bar stock and inventory levels

Requirements:

• Two years of leadership experience in hospitality

• Post-secondary education in related fields

• Food Safe Certificate and Occupational First Aid Level 1

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Previous entry-management experience preferred
