Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Lodge Manager to achieve service excellence

• Coach and lead staff in hospitality practices

• Conduct guest interactions, providing support and feedback

• Manage scheduling and monitor inventory effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of leadership experience in hospitality

• Relevant post-secondary education

• Required Food Safe and Occupational First Aid Certificates

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Previous experience with Point of Sale systems preferred
