This full-time, seasonal role operates from October to May, requiring strong leadership in hospitality. The Assistant Lodge Manager ensures the smooth running of lodge operations, assists in administrative tasks, and fosters a collaborative environment. This position is essential for maintaining CMH’s exceptional standards in guest experiences and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Lodge Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks

• Provide direction and coaching to lodge staff

• Act as a host and main contact for guests

• Track inventory and manage bar stock

• Support safety and health protocols at the lodge

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in hospitality or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years of leadership in hospitality

• Food Safe Certificate and Serving-it-Right

• Experience with Point of Sale systems

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
