Position: Manager of Accommodations at The Hue Hotel
Take charge of guest services as the Manager of Accommodations at The Hue Hotel in Kamloops, BC. This full-time, on-site position focuses on staff management and operational oversight.

With a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience, the Accommodations Manager will develop policies, supervise staff, and negotiate contracts with both suppliers and clients.

Your role will also include addressing customer complaints to enhance the guest experience and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop operational policies and procedures

• Recruit, hire, and supervise hotel team members

• Negotiate with suppliers and manage client agreements

• Prepare and monitor budgets and expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3-5 years of hotel management experience

• Strong supervisory and negotiation skills
