Join CMH Heli-Skiing as a Seasonal Assistant Lodge Manager at our stunning remote lodge near Revelstoke, BC. This role focuses on guest services and team leadership in exciting mountain environments.

Supporting the Lodge Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience while promoting a collaborative team atmosphere. With responsibilities ranging from administrative duties to supervising staff, your leadership will be pivotal during busy seasons. Engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on lodge management goals

• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff

• Serve as a host and key guest contact

• Support lodge inventory management

• Oversee staff scheduling and time tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience

• Post-secondary education in hospitality preferred

• Valid Food Safe Certificate and Serving-it-Right

• Skills in public speaking and team training

• Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality
