Your primary task as Catering Manager involves managing and executing event business for the resort and its partner properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all components of weddings and group events

• Develop and manage detailed Banquet Event Orders

• Ensure effective communication with all operational teams

• Deliver on-site support during key events

• Support revenue optimization through added experiences

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in event or catering sales

• Strong ability to close sales and manage accounts

• Experience in handling weddings and group events

• High-level organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong interpersonal capabilities for client engagement
